Posted by ladyjay on 7/23/2010 Hands down the best tattoo parlor on the island!!! Dodge and Lisa do the best work I have ever seen!! I have several tattoos and after I went to Dodge, I stopped going to others!! Lisa also does piercings and I went to her to do my eyebrow and it was quick and painless!!! The store is spotless and they are they are very detailed when it comes to their work. They customize the art to your liking!! True professionals and honest to God good people!! I am always getting questioned about my tattoos and I always tell them "Go to Koi...they are the best!!!!" Change Management Software hide my ip
